Your NO COST Gift Coaching Session

Gift coaching session

Yes, I offer a no cost Coaching or Discovery discussion.  It’s essentially a ‘getting to know you’ session for both of us. I call it Gift Coaching.

Finding a coach that you like, respect and believe can help you move effectivley toward what you want to do and who you want to be is an important decsion.

It’s also true that I want to find clients I can truly help. That means to me someone, who will be honest or mostly so with themselves and with me. They are willing to try some new things, and they sense that now is the time for them to invest in themselves and that change.

Coaching is a partnership; the Gift Coaching session is a brief but effective courtship, giving us both the opportunity to ask questions and get answers and discover if we feel we can work effectively together. Usually it lasts about 30-40 minutes.

YOU choose the topic for your Gift Coaching Session

Let me be a bit more specific. You pick one issue in your life that you’d like some coaching about and that if you felt you made progress or even solved it in the Gift session you’d at least strongly consider hiring me for a session or for one of my packages.

Make sense? If it does, go ahead and schedule your session. We’ll meet on Free Conference call, which is much like Zoom, and I’ll send you the link you’ll need well in advance of our sessioin.

How to schdule a no-cost Gift Coaching Session

At the moment I’m scheduling via email. This is what I’ve found works best:

Send me an email with two or three possible days and dates and times for your session that work for you. I’ll pick one and either reply or call you to confirm. If I can’t make any of your choices I’ll call and we’ll figure it out.

Make sure both your email and phone number are correct.

Twenty-four hours or more before our session you send me the issue you’d like to address in our session together. I’ll send you the linking information in return.

If this isn’t clear, give me a call or send me an email and we’ll get clear.

I am looking forward to meeting you,

Anne Wayman, Life & Writing Coach
